- 6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can water
- 1 14 oz. bag chicken stuffing mix
Preheat oven to 350°.
Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a casserole dish. Place one slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast (If you do not like Swiss cheese, try provolone instead). Pour both cans of soup and can of water over the chicken. Sprinkle stuffing mix over the top and spread evenly. Bake uncovered for one hour.
